My name is Enrico Esparza, and I have been a Mortgage Loan Advisor for 17 years. I started in banking back in my home state of California, but since 1994, my family and I have made Minnesota, our home. Since coming to Minnesota, I have been involved in other aspects of the financial world, such as financial planning and advice, insurance, and wholesale marketing. But mortgage origination has been my “home.” I have helped hundreds of clients, from first-time home buyers to real estate investors to achieve their goals as they involve real estate acquisition. My attention to detail, deep knowledge of loan structuring and underwriting allows me to provide confidence to those who choose to trust me with their home financing, and position them to be as competitive in the market as possible. My goal is that “once we issue a Pre-Approval, closing is an assumption,” and I have never failed to live up to that goal. Working with my team, you can expect the following: 1. When I’m not working for my clients, you will find me with my wife of 35 years, Sharon, and most likely our two children – if they’re not oA doing something else… I enjoy watching the latest Netflix movies with my family, being involved in our volunteer ministry to help others improve their quality of life through Bible study, and playing Flamenco guitar (when I have the time). I also help support my wife’s growing home staging business, and pitch in with my daughter’s blossoming bakery (cake pop) business! No shortage of things to do!!
